The Henderson House Bed & Breakfast complex, in conjunction with Jerry's Photo & Imaging will soon be offering several affordable seasonal birding adventures throughout the surrounding sand prairie and Quivira National Wildlife Refuge, Cheyenne Bottoms and the Wetlands & Wildlife National Scenic Byway.  Just the areas encompassed by Quivira NWR and Cheyenne Bottoms offer over 60,000 acres of some of the best, and most diverse, bird habitat on the planet which, when combined with the surrounding hundreds of thousands of acres beautiful sand prairie, make for an area that teems with birds and wildlife year round.  There is no "best time" to come and visit because anytime of the year is a fantastic time.  Whether you, or your group, are bird afficionados, wildlife and nature appreciation types, or you just enjoy the awesome Kansas sunrises and sunsets.  Stafford is located in the heart of it all and every natural attraction is just a short drive away.  Jerry Segraves, of Jerry's Photo & Imaging will also be guiding small groups on very personal bird and wildlife adventures several times per year.
